Abstract: This study will determine the opportunities, accessibility and interest levels of distance education programs for adults living in Winner, Colome, Gregory and Burke. Specifically, the study will:

•Determine the present and desired levels of education of adults
•Determine what technologies are available to adults
•Determine the amount and type of distance education experiences of adults
•Determine the partnership possibilities between schools and communities
